This company was sent out to me through my Insurer due to an emergency electrical fault causing no electric and burning. They advised it could take upto 4 hours. I had a phone call within 10 mins and was advised a time which was only an hour half away, he turned up early and fixed the problem immediately. He was polite and reassuring, he fully explained what had happened and gave us advise on how to proceed with dealing with who caused the problem. I Would recommend.
